Corbin’s Grille Cooking Classes

About the Class

At the class we’ll demonstrate the preparation and cooking of selected entrees, desserts, or appetizers from start to finish, we also include a copy of the recipe for you to take home and each participant will enjoy a serving of the dishes demonstrated.  Each class takes about an hour-and-a-half and at the end you will have an opportunity to tour the Corbin’s Kitchen and take a behind-the-scenes look at the best restaurant in town!

Class Schedule

We typically schedule cooking classes just 2-3 weeks in advance to avoid conflicts with banquets and buffets. You can also sign up for our email list (bottom of our home-page) to receive notifications when new classes are announced.   This schedule is subject to change.

Cost & Reservations

  • Cost is $20 per person or $35 per couple (you and a friend may count as a couple). Credit card number required to confirm your reservation.
  • Cancellation policy.  Since we do sell out nearly every class and have to turn people away we have instituted a cancellation policy that allows us to fill your spot if you can’t make it.  If you need to cancel your reservation we require at least 24-hours notice, if you do not call to cancel with adequate notice your card will be charged for the full amount of the class.
  • To reserve your spot please call Corbin’s during regular business hours (801) 825-2502.  Reservations are limited to 20 people per class.

Special Requests?

  • Yes, we can arrange private cooking classes for any occasion. Please email jake@corbinsgrille.com to book. (Price per person is the same as a regular class – minimum of 12 people)
  • Want to learn to cook a specific menu item in a future class?  Well you’re in luck, we accept requests (though we can’t promise anything), email your request to jake@corbinsgrille.com
